Good energy boost from this recipe💪 . With coconut oil and honey as binding agents, one may add dash of sea salt to this mix for great savoury flavour.
Great idea Ruchika! HB Support
Is there a seed I can substitute for the pumpkin? Also are all the nuts without salt?
Hello Tawfiqah, you can use any seed that you like, and or more of the other nuts. Ideally use raw-unroasted seeds and nuts without salt for optimal nutrition. HB Support
