This is an intense dressing made of lots of dill and more dill. Perfect over any fish or served as a sauce. Dill is known to be an excellent source of Vitamins A and C which are vital in thyroid health. It’s also great in aiding digestion and getting rid of gas – nothing more important than a healthy gut for a healthy thyroid.

You can keep this dressing for a few weeks in the fridge.

  • 1 bunch of fresh dill
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • ½ spoon sea salt
  • 1 cup virgin olive oil
How To Make
  1. Chop dill and combine with lemon juice, olive oil and salt.
  2. Put in a blender and blend till smooth.
Serve over any grilled fish.
Keep remaining dressing in a glass container in the fridge.
