If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will happily replace or refund the item.

Please report the damaged or defective products to hormonesbalance.com/contact within 72 hours of receipt to qualify for return/replacement.

After you receive a confirmation that you qualify for return/replacement please ship the product at your expense to:
