Coconut Almond Banana Muffins

Serves: 6 muffins
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 3 tablespoons virgin coconut oil, melted
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons chopped almonds
How To Make
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine the bananas, coconut oil, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix the coconut flour into the batter until there are no lumps.
  4. Fold in in the shredded coconut and almonds.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until the tops are brown.
