Balancing Pumpkin Smoothie

Serves: 1-2 depending on serving size
- 1½ cups lukewarm water
- ½ cup pumpkin puree from BPA-free can or, steamed and scooped out fresh pumpkin
- ¼ cup pecans
- 2 tablespoons flax seed
- handful of dandelion leaves
- ¼ inch fresh ginger root, grated
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 tablespoon coconut butter (my favored brand is Artisana)
- 1 date, pitted
- ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon camu camu
- pitch of sea salt
- Put all the ingredients in the blender and puree until silky smooth.
