Ginger Rose Pastilles for Immunity and Digestion

  • ½ cup dried rose petals
  • 2 teaspoons ginger root powder
  • ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
  • ¼ teaspoon licorice root powder
  • 1 heaping tablespoon raw honey
How To Make
  1. Grind dried rose petals into fine powder. Transfer to a small mixing bowl and combine with ginger, cardamom, licorice, and honey. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  2. Roll into small (⅛ - ¼ teaspoon) balls using your hands.
  3. Store in a dry, air tight jar and away from direct sunlight for up to 2 weeks. Place in fridge to extend shelf life up to 2 months.
