Antiviral Garlic and Orange Syrup

Equipment: 12 oz mason jar
  • 10 cloves of garlic
  • ½ organic orange (or lemon) with the peel
  • 3-inch long fresh ginger
  • ½ cup raw honey
How To Make
  1. Crush garlic cloves and set aside for 10 minutes
  2. Slice the lemon thinly, then chop into small pieces. Transfer to the mason jar.
  3. Julienne ginger, then cut it into small pieces. Add to the mason jar.
  4. Finely chop up the garlic and add to the mason jar.
  5. Pour honey over the concoction until all the ingredients are covered. Mix well and add more honey if there is still room.
  1. Keep on the countertop. Keeps well for 3 months or more.
  1. Eat a teaspoon 2 to 3 times per day. Don’t double dip.
