  • Pinch of cardamom
  • ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 large peach
  • 3 ice cubes
  • ½ cup unsweetened plant-based milk
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • 2 scoops Wellena Collagen Complete powder
  • Bee pollen to garnish (optional)
How To Make
  1. Combine all the ingredients except the bee pollen in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Garnish with bee pollen and serve immediately.
