Keeping your hormones balanced and happy during the holidays can feel tough during this time of year. The stress, family expectations, and traditionally unhealthy food can throw a wrench in your health plans.

Get enough sleep.
I know you hear this a lot, and it’s for good reason: Getting enough sleep (ideally around 8 hours a day) is going to be key to letting your body reset and take on the next day.
Eat healthier alternatives.
