THE STORY

Founded by mother-daughter duo Dorothy and Laya Barak, BrothMasters bone broth is some of the most nutrient-dense broth on the market today. The bones in their broths are cooked for a minimum of 48 hours, with careful temperature control and health-promoting veggies and herbs added at just the right time to retain their nutrients. The result is a smooth, richly flavored broth perfect for sipping or adding oomph to your favorite soups and stews.

The Barak family has long been committed to nourishing, nutritious foods, but this bone broth was developed specifically to heal. Laya battled major inflammation after ankle surgery, igniting her Crohn’s disease. Dorothy and Laya teamed up to formulate a broth that soothed gastrointestinal inflammation, but they created so much more.

In this broth, you’ll enjoy all the flavor and health benefits leached from grass-fed beef bones, free-range chicken bones, and potent anti-inflammatory veggies and herbs. It’s the tastiest way to fight inflammation, strengthen your bones, and soothe your gut.

CARE & USAGE

This handmade bone broth ships frozen, packed with dry ice. It will keep in the freezer for up to a year and in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.

The product currently uses more packaging than that we would have hoped for to be considered environmentally friendly. The founders are working on reducing the plastic footprint.

To get the most benefit from your broth, enjoy it twice daily, in the morning and evening.

CONSIDERATIONS

Do not over-boil the broth. Simply bring it to a simmer and serve. Avoid if you have histamine intolerance, as the cooking process develops histamines.
